With his vast knowledge and diverse experience, the organization has completed more than 75+ projects globally and established its mark in 14 countries. Quality and customer-centricity has always been of prudence for him with a purpose to achieve client’s objectives including efficiencies.

With her two decades of experience in commercial planning, financial & cash flow management and exports, Ms. Nilofer has ensured the company’s roots get stronger day-by-day. An engineer by profession, her impeccable negotiation skills and meticulous approach has made her a pivotal part of Pharma Access. Her strategic vision and business plans have always proved to be instrumental in leading Pharma Access in every field. A focused individual who balances key portfolios in the organization that are synchronized with business goals and outcomes.
Mr. Dhananjaya Joshi brings an extremely structured leadership in the field of project management. A graduate Civil Engineer with over 28 years of experience in setting up, maintenance & troubleshooting of Industrial Units including USFDA & WHO approved cGMP compliant pharma & bio-tech units involving planning, designing, execution, controlling & successful closure of expansion & modification projects. Mr. Dhananjaya Joshi has served as the Head of the Department for leading pharmaceutical companies like Serum Institute and Cipla Ltd. He is also credited with setting up of complete vaccine manufacturing facility for Serum Institute, and a 100% export-oriented API manufacturing facility for Cipla Ltd. He believes in ensuring financial discipline while delivering timely and high-quality results that meet the required GMP standards.
Mr. Mohanty focuses on facilitating strategic business decisions with special attention to quality, compliance, and lean qualification. He consults on strategic planning for future production and quality improvements, often in connection with compliance gap analysis/assessments. He is an extremely accomplished project leader who supports in leading our greenfield turnkey projects.
He can look back on 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an expertise in lean facility design, reliability engineering and regulatory compliances. He brings in a diverse experience in handling various OSD, Sterile & API projects with leading companies like Ranbaxy, Watsons and Marksans Pharma.
