With her two decades of experience in commercial, Financial, Cash flow management and exports, Ms. Nilofer Parvaz, Director Finance, has ensured the company’s roots get stronger every day. An engineer by profession, her impeccable negotiation skills and meticulous approach has made her a pivotal part of Pharma Access. Her strategic vision and business plans have always proved to be instrumental in leading Pharma Access in every field. A focused individual who balances key portfolios at firm in sync with the Business goals and outcomes.
A mechanical engineer by profession, Mr. Venkatesh, is a seasoned professional with a vast experience of 25 years in the field of Pharmaceutical Engineering. He has led Technical operations in some of the leading organizations like Cipla Ltd, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, Mondelez Food (Cadbury) Watson Pharma (Teva Pharmaceutical India) and Piramal healthcare Ltd. His significant experience in improving efficiency by innovation and technology has led to cost efficient facilities of the future that also meet the regulatory framework thereby creating value to our customers.
Mr. Dhananjaya Joshi brings extremely structured leadership in the field of project management. A graduate Civil Engineer with over 22 years of experience in setting up, maintenance & troubleshooting of Industrial Units including USFDA & WHO approved cGMP compliant Pharma & Bio-Tech Units involving planning, designing, execution, controlling & successful closure of Expansion & Modification Projects. Mr. Dhananjaya Joshi has served as the head of the department for leading pharmaceutical companies like Serum Institute and Cipla Ltd. He is also credited with setting up of complete vaccine manufacturing facility for Serum Institute, and a 100% export-oriented API manufacturing facility for Cipla Ltd. He believes in ensuring financial discipline while delivering timely and high-quality results that meet the required GMP standards.
Mr. Shankar Mohan is an engineering professional with international work experience in driving business growth through strategic marketing and business development initiatives especially towards EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and APAC ( Asia Pacific and Australian Continent) including core competencies in brand management, product planning and directing product launches for diverse sectors. He has an extensive sales, business development and project management experience towards realizing corporate goals.
